1. Download this form and fill it in in PINYIN (please make sure the email you enter is valid, since you will receive exam notifications there)
2. Make your payment according to your level (INSTRUCTIONS OF PAYMENT TO SCHOOL)
3. Send payment proof and registration form to patricia.vazquez@lwshanghai.org

1. Keep proof of your payment and registration form
2. In a few days after inscription, you will receive an email from Instituto Cervantes with an attached pdf; that is your inscription form. That pdf will look like the following picture. Please make sure the information written is correct. If you don’t receive this email within a week, please contact us at patricia.vazquez@lwshanghai.org

3. One to two weeks before the exam date, you will receive in your email our official notification about the DELE exam. There, you will also find your scheduled time for the oral part. Please make sure to check that time.

Don’t forget to bring:

1. - ID or passport
2. - Inscription form (the pdf shown above)
3. - H2 pencil, sharpener and eraser; no pen (if you don’t use that specific pencil, there might be some technical problems)
