自律成就优秀|美高优秀学生系列④—在“网课”的那些日子里

我自己其实特别享受宅家网课的这段时间，感觉从来都没有留给自己这么多的时间去学习，走进厨房以及探索新技能。网课这段时间也让我养成了早睡早起，定期锻炼的健康作息。我个人认为虽然网课有许多弊端，但是学习效率还是能得到保证，甚至比在学校更高。很感谢老师们的认真负责。

Actually i did enjoy the period staying at home and having online courses. I felt like i had never left such long time for myself to learn, to access to the kitchen and to develop new skills. During this period, i cultivated good habits like getting and going to bed early, exercising regularly, etc. Personally, i think there might be some disadvantges taking oneline courses, but the study effiency can be gauranteed, even higher then at school. I appreciate all the efforts our teachers paid on us.

我觉得在疫情下诞生的网课是一个很好的检测工具，很高兴看到校方积极应对变化，老师们付出更多的努力备课。作为家长以身作则、足够的交流陪伴、制作美食，让孩子的心情愉快是最好的监督。很高兴看到孩子比以往更自律，很享受在意外之下带来的快乐生活。

这么长时间下来已经快要忘记去学校什么感觉了，每天在家里就是打开电脑输入代码。我个人还是蛮喜欢网课的，穿着坐姿可以比较随意，比起正常上课早上可以多睡一会。当然网课还是不比在学校上课，还是有一些不方便的地方。不过让我印象比较深的是我的3d art课，因为疫情期间减少出门，很多材料网购也有限制，很多东西没办法达到，我就想到了用家里用完的卷纸筒和牙签，决定废物利用做了一个3d的小房子，做的时候还蛮减压的。 

It's been a long time since I've forgotten what it's like to go to school. Personally, I like online classes. I can sit in a casual position and sleep a little more in the morning than in a normal class. Of course, the online course also has some inconveniences. However, what impressed me most was my 3d art class. During the epidemic period, I went out as less as I could, and there were restrictions on the online shopping of many materials. I thought of using paper roll and toothpicks at home, and decided to make a 3d installation out of the rubbish.

网课对她好像没有什么大影响，她平时也是喜欢宅在家里的一个人。她跟我说上课的时候如果有些知识点听得不太清楚，也可以随时在网上查到。在家有更多时间和家人一起相处，她也尝试发展了一些新奇的技能。比如那天回家看到她在厨房摊饼，过了一会就做好了抹茶千层，有时候会自己在房间里画画，可以说是一直没闲下来。再次感谢老师们的认可！

Net class does not seem to have a big impact on her, she likes to stay at home. She told me that if she could not hear some knowledge points clearly in class, she could check them up on the Internet any time. At home, she had more time with family and tried to develop some new skills. For example, when I came home that day, I saw her making pancakes in the kitchen. After a while, she finished a matcha pancake, and sometimes she paints in the room by herself. Thanks again for teachers’ recognition.

在我上网课期间，连续的呆在电脑面前会让脊柱肩膀酸疼长期以往会对身体造成伤害，所以我觉得起来活动活动：比如跳跳舞啊，做做拉伸可以让自己保持一个健康的状态，更好的迎接接下来的学习和生活。

During online classes，stting infront of the computer for a long time will cause damage to spine and shoulder muscles, so I thought doing more activities like dancing and stretching will keep me in a more healthy condition.

在家里学习不比在学校里，需要孩子自己培养一种自觉性来提高对于学习的积极，她目前的表现还是让我很满意的，会认真的记录笔记上课听讲。上完课了还会拉着我一起锻炼身体，网课期间过的还是非常充实的。

Unlike in school, online study requires student to develope a self awareness in order for them to learn knowledge, her performance so far has exceeded my expectation, she focus in class and listen to teachers. After class she would do excersices with me. Even during special time, we are still living a productive life.
